The CDC electronic shock absorber assembly testing line is an intelligent production line for shock absorber systems independently developed by the company. It focuses on precision assembly and full process testing of CDC electronic shock absorbers, achieving efficient production through "human-machine collaboration+intelligent control".
The production line adopts a "human-machine collaboration" mode, achieving 95% automation of the entire process. The core process is equipped with servo pressing technology, which records pressure displacement curves in real time to ensure the assembly accuracy of shock absorbers (including solenoid valves and cores). Equipped with quick change tooling, it can be compatible with multiple product models, quickly switch production categories, and adapt to flexible manufacturing needs.
The whole process integrates the "mechanical+electrical" error prevention mechanism, combined with visual inspection, electrical inspection, and damping performance testing to achieve "step by step inspection", from component assembly to full dimensional verification of finished product performance, eliminating errors and omissions in installation. The scanning guns at each workstation upload data in real-time, and the PLC+fieldbus system enables unique data traceability. The production line status is visualized for easy production control. This production line uses automation technology to improve production efficiency, ensure the quality and data controllability of shock absorbers, and is a reliable solution for high-quality manufacturing of shock absorber systems.
