    At the beginning of the event, a carefully designed opening ice breaking game quickly broke the sense of unfamiliarity among new employees. In the relaxed and fun interactive session, everyone actively participates and cooperates seamlessly, with constant laughter and joy. The originally reserved atmosphere was instantly ignited, not only bringing us closer, but also filling the venue with youthful vitality, laying a relaxed and pleasant tone for the entire sharing session.

    After the warm-up, the head of the company's human resources department warmly welcomed the new employees on behalf of all staff. He provided a detailed introduction to the development history, core business, and corporate culture of Lijie De Automation, with a focus on interpreting the company's talent training system and career development channels. He encouraged new employees to "learn with an empty cup mentality, grow with an enterprising attitude, find their place and realize value on Lijie De's platform". Sincere words have made new employees feel valued and cared for by the company, and they are full of expectations for their future work.

    The self introduction section has become a stage for new employees to showcase their talents. Everyone took the stage one by one, speaking freely about their personal professional background, past experiences, and initial feelings after joining the company. Some partners are humorous and witty, using vivid stories to leave a deep impression on everyone; Some partners are calm and pragmatic, sharing their understanding and planning for their positions. Through the introduction, the new employees not only deepened their understanding of each other, but also showed their vitality and potential to the leaders and colleagues present.       

In the work experience exchange session, new employees engage in lively discussions around their work experiences, problems encountered, and insights gained since joining the company. Faced with new environments and tasks, everyone candidly shared their confusion, while also actively exchanging tips and achievements in their work. Some representatives of old employees were also invited to participate, combining their years of work experience to answer questions and provide practical suggestions for new employees in terms of work methods, professional mentality, etc., which enlightened them and clarified their future work direction.
